I've been with this shop on more than one occasion. Overall, the work they perform is good. They provide the service they say. The problem on this instance is I scheduled an 8:00AM appointment but didn't get a call regarding the status of the repair until 12:30PM. I finallyn was able to get my car at about 5:30 PM. My favorite part about Eagle is that they tell you what problems your car might have and the different options for solving it. They even don't mind offering advice on how to fix the problem yourself. When I picked up my truck yesterday, there were 3 black screws laying on the drivers side floor board. Not sure where they go. Also when I dropped off my truck I asked if they would replace the fuse for my over head cab lights, that didn't happen. Overall the service was done as requested, Thank You. I went in with my brake light on, low brake fluid, squeaking/braking vibration and over 70k on my brake pads, expecting to need new pads and a resurfacing or new rotors. $100 later, that wasn't the case. We hooked up with Eagle through an oil change promotion which obviously is the segue to lots of other maintenance. We've been happy to have them watch over our cars the past two years and have found them responsive and thorough. I have no idea whether they are competitive price-wise, but I feel good about the quality of service and appreciate their email system that notifies me when regular maintenance is suggested based on manufacturer guidelines. Every single time I have brought my car to Eagle Automotive, you have all been tremendous in every aspect. You have saved my car and my budget. Never have I been coerced into unnecessary work--and you always give me breathing room by letting me know which things are truly a priority and which are not. Run!!!! Don`t walk away.Took my auto for winterizing.Was told the brake master cylinder needs replaced,tires need replaced(one tire showing steel cord) and blow out right side windshield washer line (clogged)Well...the windshield lines have never been hooked up,since i`ve owned the car 6 years.So...I drove the car directly to Discount Tire,they inspected and rotated tires and told/showed me my tires are fine.Hmmmm.Then I took the car to different shop for second opinion of brake problem.They found radiator fluid in the brake reservoir.Hmmmm again.What a nightmare/costly repair.I`ll continue with my new auto shop,thank you. My car overheated. Took it to a local Littleton shop w/ reputable service. Was told I needed a new radiator...around $700(w/o thermostat) w/18 month warranty. Got 2nd opinion w/Eagle.
